The ZSafe MMV Card is a
unique membership card that includes a myriad of benefits
designed to help our members to live a debt free
lifestyle. The core monetary component of the card
is the Mobile Money Vault that allows for dollars to be
loaded or stored in the card like you would in a safe or
vault , except MMV goes with you wherever you go to be
used for debit card purchases or ATM withdrawals. It
can be used at locations worldwide that are connected to
the following ATM and point of sale networks: Cirrus,
Maestro, Plus, Star, and Pulse.
How can the ZSafe MMV Card
help me get out of debt?
The ZSafe
MMV Card allows you take your money with you safely
anywhere in the world, and only spend what you have in
your budget without going into debt. As a
benefit of the ReferCard Network, you also earn Loyalty
Matrix Rewards when you refer others and also rewards
from other members who join and the members they
refer. Extra points on your card means more
available dollars in your budget. There are also
700+ retailers like Circuit City, K-Mart, Target who also
will send you rebate dollars to your card when you
purchase using the ZSafe card in their stores.i
How do
I become a ZSafe Member?
All ZSafe Members must
referred by an existing ZSafe Member in good
standing. Most ZSafe members have a New Member
Enrollment page on their personalized web site to walk you
through the enrollment process.
How much does it cost to use the ZSafe MMV Card?
The fees for the ZSafe Card
transactions are listed in the Membership
and Cardholder Agreement.
How is the ZSafe Card shipped to my enrollment address?
The ZSafe membership and debit card is sent by regular
first class mail.
Can I change my account information?
You can always change account information such as your
billing address by logging on to your Customer Portal,
accessing your MMV account or by calling customer service.
I received my ZSafe MMV card in the mail. What do I do
now?
The first step before using your new ZSafe MMV Card is to
activate it. You can activate your card by going to this

activated you can use it to make purchases at PIN
locations and ATMs in our network: Cirrus,
Maestro, Plus, Star, and Pulse.
Why do I need to go through so many steps to activate my
ZSafe MMV card?
We require these steps to protect you. These steps ensure
that the card goes to the intended recipient and that your
money and account is double password protected and secure.
Can I add money to my ZSafe MMV Card account?
Your card is
re-loadable at Bank of America locations, and other
locations that are added to our online locator system. You
can also attach a checking account to your ZSafe account
and transfer the money online via ACH to your card
account.
How much is the monthly service fee and what happens if
there is not enough money in my account to debit the
monthly charge?
If we are not able to debit one of fees you will be
notified via email that you need to load your MMV account
to cover the fee and at the 60 day mark with no fees paid
your card will become inactive. In order to reactivate
your MMV card account, you will need to pay your fees
current plus a $10 re-activation fee. If the card is
not made active within 90 days, you will have to enroll
again and establish a new ZSafe MMV membership account.
Can I withdraw money from an ATM?
Yes, you may withdraw money from any ATM that displays the
Cirrus,
Maestro, Plus, Star, and Pulse logos.
How can I see all the purchases I've made in the past?
You can log on using your username and password to view
your transaction history online at your customer portal.
You can also hear the last five transactions by calling

Why is there an unfamiliar merchant name listed on my
statement? I don't remember shopping there.
There are several reasons why this might happen. Some
stores are part of a larger corporation that may have a
different name than the store name. And other merchants
choose to do their processing under a different company
name. However, if you believe a transaction does not match
up with any recent purchases, call us at

What should I do if my ZSafe MMV Card gets lost or stolen?
Please call
800-???-???? right away to report your card lost or
stolen. A customer service representative will cancel your
old card and issue you a new one with a different
number. There is a $10 fee for card
replacement. This fee will be debited from the money
transferred to the new card.
